Is your workplace a Worktopia? Worktopia is a vibrant, energetic culture which brings out the best in everyone. A place where words like creativity and initiative mean something. It is optimal performance; attracts good people who are eager to do great work. It is a workplace where harmony abounds.
Many organizations struggle with finding and keeping good people, miss deadlines, limited engagement, lackluster productivity, or less than optimal results, these organizations suffer from disharmony. They do not have Worktopia.  They have the opposite: disharmony. This often results in a downward spiral which is difficult to turn around.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Steve Donofrio and Tristan Chermack, co-founders of Create Harmony to our Jan 9 St. Paul breakfast featuring a discussion on: “Creating Worktopia.”

At this hands-on learning breakfast, you will learn that every team and organization has a culture already, positive, negative, or somewhere in between.  An organization’s culture does not happen by accident and is not put onto a positive path of growth by accident. It must be intentionally built and maintained, and that is done by using the R.U.L.E. of harmony.

In this session you will learn:

  • Every organization is comprised of three primary team member roles.
  • Each has their own goals, thinking styles and important roles to play.
  • How the R.U.L.E. of harmony can be applied to get positive results.

The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).
