By now, we all know that social media is here to stay. Sure, it’s helpful to exchange family pictures and recipes, but it’s growing in importance for business – to understand market needs, to listen to customer feedback, to build customer relationships, to find future workers, to market and educate current and prospective customers. But with so many platforms and so much “noise” in social media, what’s the best way to create content that is effective?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Amy Jauman, Ed.D., Chief Learning Officer with National Institute for Social Media (NISM), to our November 8 St. Paul PEN breakfast discussion: “Creating Social Media Content That Works.”
Amy will share strategies and tips to create social media content that raises your and your organization’s level of sophistication. This discussion will be helpful for big businesses, small nonprofits, and everything in between.
The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
Livestreaming (free) and video-on-demand ($20 for members) are now also available (discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free). Please contact [email protected] for more information and for the link to register for livestream or on demand.
