- Mitch Kusy, Fulbright Scholar, professor, Antioch University Graduate School of Leadership & Change, on ways to reduce workplace toxicity — the evidence that toxic behavior has on individual & team performance and tangible strategies to reduce it.
- Tammy Krings, founder/CEO of The Conversations that Matter, on ways to foster a more healthy team environment, especially during a period where teams are hiring new talent and constantly reforming — ways to (re)build culture and move from the “Great Resignation” to the “Great Rejuvenation” with your team.
Each speaker will give a brief, “TEDtalk” like presentation, sharing their insights and recommendations, and then we’ll have time for Q&A and discussion with the audience.
