Have you ever been part of a project that never seemed to get off the ground or gain focus? Too many stakeholders? Too many competing priorities?

Come to the PEN breakfast on August 10 to learn more about Compression Planning (CP), a visual and interactive planning tool that moves teams and ideas to action faster.  Jeff Hudson, program director of Continuing Education and Customized Training at Normandale Community College, will facilitate the discussion.

Compression Planning is used by hundreds of companies like Mayo Clinic and General Mills to shorten timelines, align priorities, and gain group consensus.  Used for a variety of purposes, Compression Planning leverages the concepts of storyboarding and structured brainstorming into a simple and easily understood planning process. At this overview session, you will get an opportunity to participate in a mini-CP session and also learn more about the powerful Minnesota Compression Planning Institute offered by Normandale Community College.

The discussion is at Metro State University in the Ecolab Room in the Library (details provided at registration).  Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am.  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.

Livestreaming and video-on-demand are now also available ($20 for members, $40 for non-members; discounted annual subscriptions are available and Premium/Sponsoring Members are free).

To register, contact [email protected] and indicate whether you are attending in person, by livestream, or after the event viewing video-on-demand.
