Traditional blended learning design involves classes, where a portion of the traditional face-to-face instruction is replaced by web-based online learning.  This is no longer the case.  In today’s world, blended learning is much more strategic and broadly applied, because of the growing and diverse number of learning assets that are available.

The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to welcome Rich Braden, Global Leader of Training and Development, Honeywell Connected Building Technologies, to our January 11 PEN breakfast: “Blended Learning in a Global, Multi-National Company.”

Rich will discuss how blended learning has evolved over the years and how it is used as an instructional strategy in a global Fortune 75 company.  Use cases will be presented, and Rich will explore how these concepts can apply to any organization’s development strategies.

The discussion is at Metro State University in the Student Center (details provided at registration). Continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:00 with the presentation from 8:00 to 9:00 am. No cost for members; $30 for non-members. To register, contact Brian Lassiter at [email protected].
