We are all dealing with significant challenges these days — professional challenges, personal challenges, organizational or community challenges.  And while there is a dim light at the end of the tunnel, there is still a long way to go.
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, February 4: “Be a Mountain Climber: 10 Tips to Overcome Any Barrier.”  The discussion will feature DC-based Bryan Williams of BW Enterprise.

Dr. Williams will review the mindset and behaviors necessary to effectively address professional or personal barriers. Special emphasis will be on 10 proven tips to take control of your efforts and transcend any obstacles in your path — 10 practices that will help you be more successful at work, within your teams, or in your personal lives.

Specifically, Bryan will:

  • Help us understand the power of repetition so that you can continue to deliver high performance in spite of stressful circumstances.
  • Describe the mandatory ingredient necessary for building positive and supportive relationships.
  • Learn the key to remain anchored despite life’s disruptions, which will enable you to be there to support others in their times of need, while supporting yourself at the same time.
  • Discuss the primary way to enhance your own value so you can continue to see what positive things you can bring to yourself, your work and the lives of others.

This session will use Zoom MEETING (so that we can network, connect with each other).  We will also open the line 15 minutes early for informal “mingling” and speed networking, just like we’d have in a normal breakfast discussion format!  So come a few minutes early if you want to network.

Biography

The workshop will be delivered by Dr. Bryan Williams of B. Williams Enterprise, LLC. Bryan is a keynote speaker, consultant, and author, who is a noted authority on service excellence and leadership effectiveness. Previously, Bryan worked with the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for 10 years. In his last role, he was the Global Corporate Director of Training & Organizational Effectiveness. Brian holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.
