Most people know the Baldrige framework as the basis for an award.  But the true value of using Baldrige is in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities: it is a diagnostic system that helps leaders focus resources on most important improvement opportunities.
The Performance Excellence Network, Twin Cities Region, is pleased to announce the next breakfast discussion: “Using Baldrige Feedback to Improve at LifeSource” September 10 at St. Paul College in St. Paul.  The discussion will be facilitated by Brenda Welsch, Director of Quality at LifeSource, and Pat Lapekas, owner of Lapekas & Associates.

LifeSource will share their learnings from developing and utilizing a systematic methodology to evaluate and improve systems and processes based on their Baldrige site visit feedback as well as input from internal and external customers.  Hear how LifeSource has accelerated and focused its improvement on the “right things” – a process that any business, any organization could replicate.

The session is Sept 10 from 8:00-9:00 (networking 7:30-8:00) at St. Paul College (details at registration).  No cost for members; $30 for non-members.
