Do you have the IDEAS that will help you grow your organization?  Do you have the CREATIVITY to start something new?  Do you have the INSPIRATION to sustain your future?
The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce our August PEN Knowledge Forum breakfast Aug 13, concurrent with a 1.5-day workshop that focuses on innovation.  Both will be held in downtown Minneapolis.

In the breakfast, Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT), an Israeli consulting firm and partner of PEN, will introduce the concept of innovation, sharing several best practices that can be used by any organization to improve how it makes meaningful change for its customers and stakeholders.  The breakfast is 7:30-9:00, hosted at MCTC in downtown Minneapolis, and is free for PEN members ($30 for non-member guests) — and is the only Twin Cities PEN breakfast in August, due to summer.

In the 1.5-day workshop, SIT will train you in the five patterns of innovation, with a special focus on how to problem solve within public sector organizations (though the workshop is open to the public, it will be focused on governmental agency innovation).

Innovation is the key to adjusting to changing resources, tools, expectations, and outcomes.  How do you innovate in your organization?  Innovation takes a blending of leadership, culture, skills, and organizational structure. And, innovation can be learned and ingrained in your organization’s culture.  You can adapt the processes to develop and deploy new products and solutions for your organization that are practical to execute and that deliver end-to-end success.

We have sold this workshop out the last three times it’s been in Minnesota.  So don’t miss this great opportunity to learn tangible approaches to innovate within your organization.  Space is limited.

Member cost is $900/person (teams of 2-3 are $750/each and teams of 4+ are $600 each); non-member rates also available.  More information is here.  To register, email [email protected]  with your name, organization name, number of attendees and contact information.

If you’re interested in only attending the PEN breakfast only, please email [email protected].
